Race Notice – January 23, 2010
Part of the CCNB New Brunswick Cup Series
Hosted by Codiac Cross Country Ski Club at Ste Anselme Rotary Park, Dieppe, NB
The CCNB New Brunswick Cup Series are sanctioned by CCC and require racing licenses. However, day licences will be available for no charge for those who do not have CCC racing licences.

Driving Directions: The race will be on the trails at Dieppe Rotary Park. Here’s the high tech way to get directions:

Registration:
Advance registration on-line with Zone4 (www.zone4.ca) is encouraged. Day of race registration will be available ($5 extra) from 7:30 – 9:00 AM at the race site.
Confirmation lists: advance registration is available thru www.zone4.ca . Since day of race registration is allowed final start lists will be posted at the race.
Waxing and Warming Areas:
Tables will be available in a building near the rotary lodge. Wax testing areas will be set up on the course.
Eligibility:
In order to participate, a skier must have a CCC Racing Licence or a CCC Supporting Member Day Licence. Day Licences are available at no charge at the registration desk.
Fees: (non-refundable, payable via Zone 4 only until 5 PM, January 22)
Note that lunch is included in the registration fee.
Open, Masters: $20 through Zone 4 and $25 on the day of race
Junior, Juvenile categories, Midget, Pee Wee, and Atom: $10 through Zone 4 and $15 on the day of the race.
Bib replacement fee: $60.00 Competitors who do not return their bibs will be charged for replacement of the bib.

Awards and Results:
Results will be posted in the rotary lodge adjacent to the start / finish, online at http://www.xcski-nb.ca/ and www.zone4.ca .
Awards will be presented in the rotary lodge based on unofficial results as soon as possible after each race.
Medals will be presented to the top three individuals of both genders in all classes offered.
Door prizes will be awarded based on random draws from all participants.
Cancellation: Any change in the event location or timing will be posted as early as it is known at and http://www.xcski-nb.ca/ and circulated by email.
